Staghorn fern is one of the more unique plants in the indoor foliage world. These plants grow in a very unique way. They are what are known as Epiphytes. As such, they depend on another plant, tree, or shrub for support, but they are not parasitic. Because they don’t require much in the way of soil and instead rely on shallow fibrous roots, they can be displayed in many fun ways.
