The tomato, is perhaps the most hybridized garden vegetable. Nearly everyone grows tomatoes in their garden. As one of the most hybridized vegetables, there are more than 15,000 known cultivars or varieties of the tomato. From Beefsteak, to Cherry, Paste to Sweet, they all have their uses. Below we will list the over 30 varieties of tomatoes we carry each season. Tomatoes can easily be classified into four various types; Cherry or Grape, Salad, Beefsteak, Paste.
