Snake Plant

 Snake Plant

Sansevieria, Snake Plant, or Mother-in-Laws tongue is a fun house plant! Snake plants do not take much care. They like to dry out between each watering all the way. This means that you can wait a few weeks before you water it again depending on what kind of light you give your Snake Plant. Your Snake plant can go in a bathroom or any where in the house. They are not a picky plant. * Information taken from Joy Us Garden *

Zelynica Sans

Zelynica Sans

Upright Sans

These plants really are the hottest thing in the plant world right now. And its easy to see why. They are as tough as nails. Tolerant of bright light to low light, they don’t seem to care. Water them regularly, or forget to water them for weeks, they don’t care! They do not do well (nor does any plant) with continual “wet feet” or over-watering. Although they tolerate it far better than many others.

Offer these plants a well-lit space and they will also help you clean and purify the air in your home. Snake are a great bedroom plant because they hang onto light particles in their leaves and continue to give off oxygen into the evening. That coupled with their ease of care, makes them a fantastic plant for any home.

There are many leaf patterns available also which make the choices for this “easy care” plant even greater. You won’t be sorry if you take a Snake plant home!

Birdsnest Sans

While the more well-known varieties of Sans are great focal plants or specimens for areas with some height or room their overall size makes them a difficult plant for a table or a shelf. If you live in a small space or have pets where your concerned about their well-being of ingesting things that COULD be toxic. Enter the Birdsnest Sans! These short, stalky, siblings to the common Sans offer all of the health benefits of their taller brothers and sisters without the challenges of height and overall size. These plants stay quite short for the duration of their lives. Often less than 1 ft tall.
