There are very few varieties of birch that exist in a shrub form. We carry just one. The Cesky Gold Birch.


CESKY GOLD “DWARF” BIRCH

Height:  2 - 4 ft
Spread:  2 - 4 ft
Foliage:  chartreuse green
Fall Foliage:  Yellow to Orange
Zone:  2 - 7

 

Betula 'Golden Treasure'

'Golden Treasure' CESKY GOLD is a hybrid dwarf birch cultivar with bright, chartreuse-yellow foliage. The small leaves have scalloped edges and retain their color all season. This cultivar is the result of a cross between B. pendula 'Golden Cloud' and B. nana. Sometimes sold under the hybrid designation Betula × plettkei.
