This session should be a lot of fun.  We'll discuss briefly the role that shape, color, and design of the flower plays in pollination.  We'll also have some fun by smashing flowers onto paper to make a colorful design your kids will take home.

Each month (currently the 3rd Saturday) the Little Sprouts will meet for a featured event and project. The monthly sessions will run between an hour and 90 minutes.

Each session we meet we’ll do the following.

  1. Talk about a plant related topic

  2. Make a project or work with plants that relates to that topic. You will be able to take this project home.

  3. Offer parent’s ideas/ways to “go further” with this gardening project or method at home.
