SUCCULENTS - FEB

SUCCULENTS - FEB

30.00

SAT FEB 16TH @ 3:30 PM

In this session we'll work with some of the trendiest plants around...succulents!  Everyone loves them, why?  We'll talk about that as well as how they grow.  Did you know you can propagate new succulents from a single leaf?

We'll look at some unique specimens and learn what adaptations they have been given to survive in the climates and regions they live. Lastly, we'll go home with a succulent arrangement of our own and information and instructions on how to care for it.

Remember that each Little Sprouts event opens for registration on the 1st of each month. Beat the rush by pre-registering; and get your ticket package (punch card) HERE!

Each month (currently the 3rd Saturday) the Little Sprouts will meet for a featured event and project. The monthly sessions will run between an hour and 90 minutes.

Each session we meet we’ll do the following.

  1. Talk about a plant related topic

  2. Make a project or work with plants that relates to that topic. You will be able to take this project home.

  3. Offer parent’s ideas/ways to “go further” with this gardening project or method at home.
